Washing and Conditioning
Frequency: Wash your wig every 7-10 wears or as needed.
Products: Use a gentle shampoo and conditioner specifically formulated for wigs. Avoid products containing harsh chemicals.
Method: Gently detangle the wig with a wide-tooth comb before washing. Submerge it in cool water and apply shampoo, gently lathering. Rinse thoroughly. Apply conditioner and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing again.
Drying: Gently squeeze excess water from the wig. Avoid rubbing or twisting. Place it on a wig stand to air dry.
Additional Tips
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Steer clear of products containing alcohol, chlorine, or other harsh chemicals.
Swimming: If you must swim while wearing a wig, rinse it thoroughly with fresh water afterward to remove chlorine.
Regular Maintenance: Consider taking your wig to a professional stylist for regular maintenance and cleaning to ensure its longevity.
Heat Styling: Use low heat settings on your styling tools and apply heat protectant products to prevent damage.
Detangling: Always detangle your wig gently with a wide-tooth comb or wig brush to prevent shedding and breakage.
Storage: When not in use, store your wig on a wig stand to maintain its shape. Avoid storing it in a damp or hot environment.

- If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 business days of receipt for most items in new condition.

- Return-to-Sender & Refused Packages: We'll restock the item and refund your original payment minus the shipping cost if your package is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery. Double-check your address information when placing your order!
